Security Compliance Manager

Our team consists of 50+ professionals, including a CTO, Engineering Manager, Team Leads, Tech Leads, Backend and Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners, Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, and a Technical Writer.

We’re looking for a Security Compliance Manager to join our team and help us maintain a high level of information security, ensure compliance with international standards, and continuously improve our security processes.

Key responsibilities

🔹 Monitor security alerts, respond to incidents, and escalate when necessary.
🔹 Conduct information security training and ensure teams are aware of secure development practices.
🔹 Review and update security policies and procedures in line with relevant security standards.
🔹 Coordinate penetration testing, risk assessments, tabletop exercises, vendor security assessments, and security awareness activities.
🔹 Prepare policies, processes, and documentation for PCI DSS / SOC 2 certification audits.

What we’re looking for

🔸 2+ years of hands-on experience with PCI DSS v4.0 / v4.1 as a Compliance Manager, Security Officer, or in a similar role.
🔸 Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
🔸 Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining information security policies.
🔸 Experience coordinating penetration tests and overseeing the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
🔸 Experience participating in information security incident response processes.
🔸 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence working with documentation.
🔸 Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with both technical and business teams.

Nice to have:
🔹 Experience with SIEM systems such as Wazuh, Splunk, or similar tools.
🔹 Experience in FinTech or the payments industry.
🔹 Practical understanding of security controls in complex microservices-based products.
