Professional Qualifications
🔹 2+ years of experience in active recruiting
🔹 Excellent communication and networking skills
🔹 Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray Search, ATS platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools
🔹 Analytical mindset and a genuine love for metrics and data
🔹 English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
🔹 Ability to work from our Kyiv office
Responsibilities
🔸 Manage the full recruitment cycle—from understanding business needs to successful offer acceptance
🔸 Close both technical and non-technical positions
🔸 Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and evaluate candidates for culture fit
🔸 Strengthen the employer brand through events, content, and community activities
🔸 Track performance metrics and continuously improve hiring quality
